Lessons from Hiroshima

Today is Hiroshima DAY,  observed in many parts of the world with special vigils and peace marches. It is held to commemorate the dropping of the first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. Three days later a second bomb fell on the city of Nagasaki. The occasion is marked on August 6.

This flared up display of outrageous power, shook the world. It wasn't indeed the cure for war-minded individuals, but it changed the world. The shift of importance from more manpower is now ballasted by nuclear capable missiles, aircrafts and technologies. The fear of Nuclear war, passively controlled offensive incidences.

Japan, the victim nation, emerged again from the ashes, now using controlled version of same power which destroyed them. America who invented and used this weapon, is now biggest stockist of such things, and trying to eliminate it from the world.

What can be learned from Hiroshima day?
1. Human nature cannot be controlled. One warminded can risk thousands of lives, just for his opinion.

2. One can rise again from the deadliest strike, if he/she is willing to.

3. Atomic energy is not at all SAFE, Companies and Governments just makeup the face of a Devil to look it attractive.

4. We are helpless in the matter, maximum we can take a peace march. Because international politics is beyond common man's control now.

My tribute to all the victims of Atomic disaster. Let's all pray that this will be the last such thing humanity faced.
